- The candidate must posses matriculation or its equivalent and National Council of Trades for Vocational Training ( NCTVT ) Certificate [ i.e National Apprentice Certificate ( NAC ) or National trade certificate ( NTC ) ] in relevant trade failing which by ITI or its equivalent Diploma / Certificate.
