• A Master’s Degree in any subject ( or ) Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks ( or ) A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience in design and system ( or ) Good academic record plus Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks ( or ) A degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years experience of supervising works ( or ) AMIE ( or ) A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% marks ( or ) Graduate in any discipline ( or ) A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering ( or ) SSC or equivalent

• Age Limit for Director, Regional Director, Executive Engineer – Civil : 50 years
• Age Limit for Asst Regional Director : Not above 35 years
• Age Limit for Section Officer, Assistant Engineer (Electrical), Instructor – Civil Engineering : Not above 33 years
• Age Limit for Maintenance Assistant : 30 years
• Age Limit for Upper Division Clerk, Stenographer, Library Assistant : Not above 30 years.
