Personal Interview :

• Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to bank, the number, equivalent to three times the number of vacancies short-listed based on their Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS). Remaining applicants, if any will not receive an interview call from the Bank.
• The total marks for Interview will be 30. The minimum qualifying marks for interview is 12.

Bond Amount : Candidates selected for appointment to the cadre of Officer Scale-I Scale II, &Scale III have to execute a bond agreeing to pay to the Bank a sum of Rs.25000/- , Rs.50000/- & Rs.50000/- respectively, PLUS training cost, if any, in the event of their leaving the Bank’s job within a period of two years from the date of their joining. Similarly, candidates selected for appointment to the cadre of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) have to execute a bond agreeing to pay to the Bank a sum of 10000 /-Plus training costs, if any, in the event of their leaving the Bank’s job within a period of 1 year from the date of their joining. This will be in addition to the provisions of regulation 10 of Maharashtra Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations-2010.
