1) Associate Professor ( Mathematics ) Recruitment details

Education Qualifications for Associate Professor ( Mathematics ) :-

• M. A. in Education with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed along with B. Ed. with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
• M. Ed. with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. ( or )
• M. Sc. with Mathematics with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
• Ph.D. degree in Education or in the discipline relevant to the area of specialization. ( According to UGC minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph. D. Degree, Regulations-2009).

2) Associate Professor ( Any Subject of Science ) Recruitment details

Education Qualifications for Associate Professor ( Any Subject of Science ) :-

• M.Sc. with any subject of Science with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed
• M. Ed. with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. ( or )
• M. A. in Education with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed along with B. Ed. with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
• Ph.D. degree in Education or in the discipline relevant to the area of specialization. ( According to UGC minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph. D. Degree, Regulations-2009).

3) Assistant Professor ( Education ) Vacancy Details

Education Qualifications for Assistant Professor :-

• M. Sc. ( Mathematics / any of the subjects of Science ) with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
• M. Ed. with minimum 55 % marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
• Ph. D. in Education (According to UGC minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph. D. Degree, Regulations-2009) or NET/ SLET/ SET cleared in Education.

4) Assistant Professor ( English ) Job Details

Education Qualifications for Assistant Professor ( English ) :-

• M. A. in English with at least 55% of marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).
• Ph. D. in English (According to UGC minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph. D. Degree, Regulations-2009) or NET/ SLET/ SET cleared in Education.

Application Fee for General / SEBC is Rs.1000 and SC / ST is Rs.500. A Demand Draft should be in drawnin  favour of  ‘Registrar, Indian Institute of Teacher Education’, payable at Gandhinagar.

The envelope containing the duly filled application in all respect should be forwarded to the ” Registrar, Indian Institute of Teacher Education Ramkrishna Paramhans Shaikshanik Sankul, KH Road, Sector-15, Gandhinagar – 382016, Gujarat, India” by registered / Speed post only, on or before 12-01-2016.
