University of Delhi invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Project Fellow to work in the research project titled: “Investigations on microstructure of phase change memory materials” sponsored by UGC-DAE CSR. The details of Delhi University Project Fellow Jobs notification 2013 are as follows :-

Name of the Post :- Project Fellow.

Project Title :- “Investigations on microstructure of phase change memory materials” sponsored by UGC-DAE CSR.

Educational Qualification and Experience :- M.Sc. Physics / Materials Science with a minimum of 55 % in aggregate. Candidates having experience in chalcogenide glass preparation and processing techniques as well as structural / electrical characterization of materials by advanced experimental techniques will be given the preference.

Pay Scale :- Rs. 14,000/- + HRA per month for first two years and Rs. 16,000/- + HRA per month for the third year.
