1) AGM / Dy. General manager (Finance) Job details :-
Name of the Post :- Additional General Manager / Dy. General manager ( Finance ) in BDL
Educational Qualification for Additional General Manager / Dy. General manager ( Finance ) at BDL
The Educational Qualification / Eligibility and Experience required for Additional General Manager / Dy. General manager ( Finance ) Jobs are as follows :-
- Membership of Institute of Cost Accountants of India (or)
- Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (or)
- Minimum of 60% (for SC-55% in respect of posts reserved for SC candidates) in aggregate in MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Finance discipline of 2 years duration from University / Institution recognized by Government (Full Time Courses only).
- Experience for AGM (Finance) :- Minimum of 16 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area with minimum 1 (one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent. Contract, Training and Consultancy experience will not be counted.
- Experience for DGM (Finance) :- Minimum of 14 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area with minimum 1 (one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent. Contract, Training and Consultancy experience will not be counted.
2) Management Trainee ( Finance ) Recruitment details :-
Name of the Post :- Management Trainee ( Finance ) in BDL
Educational Qualification for Management Trainee ( Finance ) at BDL
The Educational Qualification / Eligibility and Experience required for Management Trainee Jobs are as follows :-
- Pass in Final Examination conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (or)
- Pass in Final Examination conducted by Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI erstwhile ICWAI) (or)
- Minimum of 60% in aggregate (for SC/ST-55% in respect of posts reserved for SC/ST candidates) in MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Management (Finance discipline) of 2 years duration from University / Institution recognized by Government (Full Time Courses only).

- Minimum of 60% in aggregate in MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in HR / PM&IR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Science / Social Welfare / Social Work of 2 years duration from University / Institution recognized by Government (Full Time Courses only)
- Desirable – Graduate in Law
- Experience for AGM (P&A) :-Minimum of 16 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area with minimum 1 (one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent. Contract, Training and Consultancy experience will not be counted
